2011 Covers Compilation

In 2011 at PJ20 festival Pearl Jam played some rarest songs from their Temple Of The Dog tribute. "It Happened Today" is R.E.M. song from their last and final album and Pearl Jam performed it at the sad date of R.E.M. cancellation announcement.

Another chapter of endless Pearl Jam covers. In 2009 the band was restless introducing more and more new songs. Six covers were played for the first time and never again, so it was really special year of touring. And, as always, there are some more great cover performances.

2010 Covers Live

The 2010 tour produced 5 new covers, 2 of them have been played one time only ("OTO" songs). Jersey Girl and Goin Back To Indiana have been played one time before in 1998. And let this MSG performance of Hunger Strike be there until we finally get that famous 2003 Temple Of The Dog set with Chris Cornell in soundboard quality! Note, that Walk With Me from the second Bridge School show is a bit different to the first one, used in 2010 European tour compilation.

2008 Covers Live

Some good covers from 2008 US Tour. Black Diamond is a song by Kiss and was performed only two times so far (recorded once in official quality). I actually don't know who is the author of It Rains On Me, but this rarity also was performed as a song only one time (and once as a snippet in 2003). Love Reign O'er Me is taken from VH1 Honors The Who show later that year. No Boom Gaspar on keys and it's great, because I don't think he is any kind of good piano player (there was another guy).
